Welcome to The Virtually Faye Podcast
If you've ever felt like you're constantly behind in your business, you're not alone.
Many business owners start their businesses because they're passionate about their work, sharing their expertise, and making an impact. What they don't always anticipate is everything that comes with running a business behind the scenes.
The emails.
The scheduling.
The client onboarding.
The follow-ups.
The project management.
The systems.
The countless little tasks that seem to multiply as the business grows.
That's exactly why I created The Virtually Faye Podcast.
Why This Podcast Exists
Hi, I'm Faye, founder of Virtually Faye.
For years, I've found myself naturally stepping into roles where I help create order from chaos. I enjoy problem-solving, organizing information, and helping businesses run more smoothly behind the scenes.
Today, I support service-based business owners with backend operations, client support, systems, project management, and all of the moving pieces that keep a business running.
One thing I've learned from working with a variety of businesses is that most owners aren't struggling because they lack talent or motivation.
They're struggling because they're trying to do everything themselves.
They're the CEO, customer service representative, project manager, scheduler, marketer, and administrator all at the same time.
That's a lot for one person to carry.
The Challenges Many Business Owners Share
Every business is unique, but the challenges are often surprisingly similar.
Many business owners find themselves dealing with:
Overwhelming inboxes
Inconsistent client onboarding
Processes that only exist in their head
Tasks that slip through the cracks
Constant feelings of being behind
Over time, these challenges can make a business feel heavier than it needs to.
That's where systems, support, and organization come in.
Not because they make a business perfect, but because they create breathing room.
A Little About Me
When I'm not helping clients behind the scenes, I'm usually spending time with my husband, friends, or planning my next adventure.
I live in Alaska, where there's always some kind of adventure to go on. I also love traveling and learning about different places and cultures. Some of my favorite trips have taken me to places like Japan, South Korea, Scotland, Cabo, and the list goes on.
One thing that travel has taught me is the importance of creating a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.
The more I travel and experience different ways of living and working, the more I've come to appreciate the importance of building a business that supports the life you want to live.
And that's a philosophy I bring into business as well.
Business Should Support Your Life
One of my core beliefs is that your business should support your life, not consume it.
Success isn't about filling every minute of your calendar.
It's about creating something sustainable.
Something that allows you to serve your clients well while still having time for your loved ones, experiences, and priorities that matter most to you.
That's the heart behind both Virtually Faye and this podcast.
